Martina Casagrande is a market strategist who helps companies drive growth and maximize profitability expanding into new markets. Martina has more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience across multinational business environments (Central and South America, and Europe). She is particularly skilled at market research, business development and strategic planning.

Martina has been working with several international companies in design and fitness industries, managing several products in Europe, LATAM and North America.

She is a dot connector and an effective negotiator and always brings high energy and enthusiasm to her projects. Her ability to assess complex situations and identify appropriate solutions underlines her ability to gain meaningful insight and follow up with thorough analysis.

Martina was born and raised in Italy and moved to New York City in 2009 where she has obtained her MBA and started working as a Marketing Manager. Before moving to New York, she worked in Marketing and Sales for a mid-sized engineering company in Italy.

She holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Pace University in New York. She also took several courses in Design Thinking and Digital Transformation.

Martina is passionate about health and fitness. In her free time, she enjoys biking and running at Central Park.
